About me
Todd Stillerman is Senior Associate General Counsel and Managing Director at Wells Fargo, where he leads the Commercial Real Estate and Structured Products legal section and helps guide the company through complex transactions, risk considerations, and enterprise?wide initiatives.
A longtime champion of access to justice, Todd also serves as Co?Chair of the Wells Fargo Legal Department’s Pro Bono Steering Committee and is a member of the Board of Directors of Legal Aid of North Carolina. Through these roles, he helps expand and strengthen pro bono partnerships across the state and supports initiatives that mobilize in?house attorneys and legal professionals to serve individuals and communities facing critical civil legal needs.
Todd’s commitment to access to justice also includes hands?on pro bono representation—particularly in housing matters—and deep collaboration with community partners such as Legal Aid, Charlotte Center for Legal Advocacy and the Charlotte Triage pro bono project.
Before joining Wells Fargo, Todd practiced law in private firms representing financial institutions, real estate sponsors, and other market participants in asset?backed and mortgage?backed securitization transactions. He earned his law degree from Harvard Law School and his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University.
Outside of work, Todd is a dedicated parent and community volunteer. He coaches youth recreational basketball, teaches adult Sunday School, and is a proud supporter of the Panthers, Hornets, and Demon Deacons.
