About me
Susan Ingles is a senior staff attorney and consumer protection unit head at S.C. Legal Services and a frequent speaker on consumer protection, innovation and other legal topics. After 22 years in private practice, Susan spent the last 22 years at SCLS working with vulnerable populations, including older Americans. The Golden Years Challenge is a passion project for Susan. Working with her S.C. Elder Justice Network partners in the area of elder financial exploitation (EFE), as well as her experience with aging clients and her own father, motivated Susan to pursue the creation of this simulation with her co-presenters.
Susan graduated from Clemson University with a double major B.A. in History and French and obtained her J.D. at the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law.
