About me
Steve Grumm is a consultant with thredpartners. He is a career-long advocate for improving civil access-to-justice systems and advancing public service in the legal profession. At thredpartners, Steve provides program assessments, strategic planning, and other services to help his nonprofit clients thrive. Just before this, Steve was Legal Aid of Western Michigan’s Director for Community Engagement, where he oversaw pro bono, communications, and fundraising programs. Steve has also served as a county bar association executive director, director of the ABA’s Resource Center for Access to Justice Initiatives, and Director of Public Service Initiatives with NALP. Steve began his career as a legal aid lawyer in Philadelphia, his hometown and humankind’s Most Glorious City.
