About me
Sarah Duval is a managing attorney at the Center for Elder Law and Justice in Buffalo, NY where she works on program development. Prior to this role, Sarah handled cases of elder abuse and exploitation and was a frequent presenter on the topic. Sarah is a member of the Erie County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association Elder Law and Special Needs Section, the Crime Victims Legal Network Advisory Board, and the New York State Judicial Committee on Elder Justice. She has been published in the New York State Elder and Special Needs Law Journal and is the recipient of the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York, WNY Chapter’s Outstanding New Lawyer of 2015. Sarah graduated cum laude from SUNY Buffalo Law School in 2012.
