About me
Robert White is a Program Director at OneJustice currently supporting programs on nonprofit legal services leadership, board leadership and immigration legal services. Prior to joining OneJustice he founded a practice as a consultant and executive coach with a particular focus on leadership development, career transitions and diversity, equity and inclusion.
Robert served as Executive Director of California Minority Counsel Program (CMCP), a nonprofit diversity organization, for 7+ years. His prior roles include career counseling and coaching, corporate training, and law practice at a law firm and a corporation.
Robert is a graduate of Morehouse College (BA), the University of Kent at Canterbury, UK (BA, Marshall Scholar), Stanford Law School (JD), and Golden Gate University (MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology). He is a certified coach (ACC) by the International Coaching Federation and a Board Member for the American Civil Liberties Union of Northern California.
