About me
Molly MacCready is the Executive Director of Pro Bono Network, a nonprofit that creates flexible pro bono opportunities, removing barriers to attorney volunteerism, to serve people in need. She oversees staff leadership and leads the organization’s strategic vision, working closely with the Pro Bono Director to support partnerships with nine Illinois-based legal aid organizations. Molly plays a key role in identifying strategic opportunities, aligning partnerships with Pro Bono Network’s mission, and guiding long-term planning with the board of directors. During her tenure, she has strengthened Pro Bono Network’s operational infrastructure, expanded fundraising, and helped launch a new attorney training conference that has increased volunteer engagement. Molly is a graduate of the University of Dayton and the University of Illinois Chicago’s School of Public Health. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling the world with her husband and three young children.
