About me
Mauricio is a lawyer from Guatemala with an LL.M. from St. Thomas University in Minnesota. He worked for five years in international arbitration before shifting his work to technology and legal innovation. He is the Chief Operating Officer and a Justice Entrepreneur at A2J Tech, a Denver, Colorado company that builds legal technology to improve access to justice. He also serves as Of Counsel Partner at Legal Plus, a law firm that advises technology entrepreneurs, technology companies, and venture capital firms. His legal practice focuses on capital fundraising, technology transactions, and software protection.
