Jen Lee has been the Executive Director of Legal Services of North Dakota (LSND) since October 2022, bringing with her over a decade of experience in law, business management, and innovative legal service delivery. Under her leadership, LSND has secured a 100% increase in funding across multiple programs and expanded organizational capacity through strategic partnerships and creative outreach. Jen has spearheaded efforts to enhance internal operations, streamline service delivery, and integrate technology to improve client outcomes.

Before joining LSND, Jen was the Managing Attorney of Jen Lee Law, Inc., where she developed and implemented legal strategies for clients in bankruptcy and debt management. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to create various legal education platforms, including LAWnch™, attorney training programs, and Lawyer Success Network®.

Jen holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond, an MBA in Global Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. She is licensed in California and North Dakota. Her diverse background in law, business, and innovation positions her to oversee LSND's pro bono program revitalization, ensuring its long-term success and impact on North Dakota's underserved communities.
