About me
Jaelle Richardson, Esq., LMSW, is an Assistant Clinical Professor at Wayne State University Law School and the School of Social Work. She is also the Director of Pro Bono and Public Interest Initiatives at Wayne Law. She is an attorney and a licensed clinical social worker. She is deeply committed to advancing justice and equity. Jaelle has worked with vulnerable populations in the community for fifteen years. She has extensive experience in client interviewing, conducting biopsychosocial assessments, mental health and substance abuse treatment, and mitigation. She specializes in the relationship between trauma and criminal justice involvement, holistic client representation, and legal advocacy efforts at the intersection of social work and law.
