George Mykulak
Through the Massachusetts Access to Justice Fellows Program, George is the Senior Litigation Director of the Barbara McDowell Social Justice Center. He has over four decades of diverse commercial litigation experience as a first chair trial and appellate attorney at AM Law 100 and 200 law firms. His national practice included representing public and private companies in connection with a variety of franchise/distribution, e-commerce, shareholder, contract/business tort, bankruptcy and real estate disputes. George also was the President and Director at the Massachusetts Lawyers Clearinghouse on Affordable Housing and Homelessness and served as a Member of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court Standing Committee on Pro Bono Legal Services.
