About me
David Forrester leads Northwest Justice Project's dedicated technology team as IT Director. For the past 20 years, David’s work has focused on helping nonprofits develop strategies and deliver technology solutions that help broaden and deepen their positive impact. Before joining NJP, David held technology leadership positions with National CASA/GAL Association and Facing History and Ourselves. In his work managing technology services for the nonprofit consultancies at NPower Northwest and 501 Commons, David served dozens of nonprofits across the region: leading and mentoring technology teams for innovation, with an eye toward maintaining stable and secure ongoing operations. Prior to making the shift to the social sector in 2005, David spent 10 years in Internet professional services consulting in Boston. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
