About me
David J. DePippo is Managing Counsel with Dominion Energy. His practice focus on the development, permitting, and construction of large electric utility infrastructure and utility rate making. His pro bono practice focuses on veterans' educational benefits. Prior to his in-house work, he was an environmental lawyer with Hunton Andrews Kurth (then-Hunton & Williams) and Gallagher & Kennedy for sixteen years. He was a non-commissioned officer in the United States Coast Guard before his legal career.
