About me
Carol Wyatt is the Pro Bono Coordinator at McGuireWoods, where she leads firmwide initiatives that connect attorneys and firm clients with high-impact opportunities to serve individuals and communities in need. She works across offices, practice groups and corporate legal departments to implement scalable pro bono programs, with a particular focus on immigration matters, driver’s license restoration and criminal record expungement.
Carol has helped coordinate efforts such as Financial Institution Pro Bono Day clinics where dozens of volunteers assisted more than 160 individuals; nationwide veterans’ legal clinics; and complex pro bono litigation securing significant victories for local journalists. Her work reflects a strategic, collaborative approach to expanding access to justice through innovative law firm and corporate engagement models.
She previously spent six and a half years at McGuireWoods as a litigation assistant, experience that informs her practical, solutions-oriented approach.
