About me
Sarah Mae Jennings serves as the Deputy Executive Director of the Texas Access to Justice Commission. She is an adjunct professor at her alma mater, the University of Texas School of Law, and a faculty member for the Texas Justice Court Training Center. Previously, Sarah Mae was the Policy Director at a statewide legal nonprofit combating the criminalization of poverty in Texas, and a public defender in New Orleans, Louisiana. Sarah Mae is a graduate of the University of Georgia (B.A.), the University of Texas School of Law (J.D.), and the LBJ Women's Campaign School.
