Kelly Shaw-Sutherland is a skilled project manager, social science researcher, and evaluation leader with two decades of experience guiding complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across the legal, public health, and nonprofit sectors. She excels at integrating project management with data-driven systems analysis to improve organizational effectiveness, strengthen workflows, and support strategic decision-making. Kelly spent over eight years leading research and evaluation at Legal Aid of Nebraska, where she advanced strategic planning, data governance, and performance measurement. In her current role as Deputy Director of Consulting and Project Management at Just-Tech, she supports mission-driven organizations in implementing technology-enabled improvements and coordinating cross-organization projects, applying an equity-focused, evidence-informed approach that translates insights into action. She understands that successful change—social and organizational—does not come without hurdles, and evidence of what works results in lessons that can have a profound effect on continuous organizational growth and community impact.
