About me
Anna is the Director of Public Interest Programs at UC Irvine School of Law where she runs the Pro Bono Program. Anna launched the program in 2009. Since then, more than 90% of UCI Law students have volunteered more than 70,000 hours to provide legal services to those in need. Under Anna's direction, the Transgender Legal Clinic has been largely staffed by UCI Law School students (when Anna has not been volunteering there herself) who also research issues arising from the clinic and who provide administrative and logistical support. Anna is a past member of the California State Bar Assoc.'s Standing Committee for the Delivery of Legal Services and currently sits on its prestigious Access to Justice Commission.
